Thank you for choosing Close Policy Auto Pilot (the “Extension”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose information when you use our Chrome extension.

Gemini Styler never reads your chats or the page content on gemini.google.com, nor does it track your browsing history.
3. How We Use Information
Providing the service: apply your visual preferences in real time on gemini.google.com.
Licence & payment management: verify subscription status, upgrades and payments via ExtPay.
User support: respond to questions you send us.
All processing is strictly limited to these purposes.
4. Legal Bases
Contract performance: supplying the core functionality and validating licences.
Consent: handling any optional data you choose to send (e.g., support emails).
Legitimate interest: securing our extension and preventing fraudulent use.
5. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with:

No analytics, tracking cookies or advertising SDKs are embedded in the extension.
6. Data Retention
Style preferences: kept until you remove the extension or delete them via Chrome settings.
Licence records: stored by ExtPay for the period required by contract and tax laws.
Support emails: deleted within 24 months after the ticket is closed.
7. International Transfers
ExtPay may process data on servers located outside the EU/EEA. It relies on approved transfer mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure adequate protection.
8. Your Rights
Subject to local law, you can at any time request to: access, rectify, erase, restrict or export your data, or object to its processing. Send your request to privacy@openspaces.it.
EU/EEA residents may lodge a complaint with their competent Data Protection Authority.
9. Children
Gemini Styler is not intended for children under 14. We do not knowingly collect their personal data. If we learn we have inadvertently processed such data, we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be announced within the extension or on our website, and we will request fresh consent where required.
